GREAT WESTERN RAILWAY LEATHER DISPATCH FOLDER, used for conveying documents between Divisional Superintendent C.M.E Dept. Worcester to Loco Foreman C.M.E. Dept Hereford. Made from heavy thick gauge leather with brass fittings and labels. A very rare survivor. Approx 12″ x 12″.
